Corporate Officers - Stephanie A. Shinn

Stephanie A. Shinn is corporate vice president, associate general counsel and corporate secretary at Baxter.

Shinn joined Baxter in 2005 as corporate counsel in the company's Corporate and Securities group and assumed positions of increasing responsibility until her appointment to her current role in 2009.

Prior to joining Baxter, Shinn was an associate in the Corporate and Securities group of Sidley Austin LLP, focusing on corporate counseling and governance, securities matters and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to law school, Shinn worked in the audit function at Deloitte.

Shinn serves on the board of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children) of Lake County, Illinois.

Shinn received her bachelor's degree from Smith College and her law degree from Boston College Law School.
